Costs can be sent by filling the forms below, and clicking on the store link to send in payment.:
CMDR Farm Name Registration and Client Fee - $45 annually, renews Jan 1st. (Farm names once registered, are permanent).
Dog Registration, Transfer, or Edit - 55 non-client, 35 client fee
CMDR Litter Registration, - $55 per litter ($35 if submitted within 4 months of birth. This fee is waived if the breeder opts to register all the pups in a litter individually into the main database.)
Breeder Full Litter Individual Puppy Registration, for all the pups in a litter - $20 per pup. (New owner name transfers are free for all breeder registered pups up until 60 days after purchase.)
Classified Ads - $25

Explanations:
Farm Names and Letters: Breeder Farm Names can be registered with the Colorado Mountain Dog Registry, and each farm chooses three or four letters or numbers, as their farm initials. These initials will appear at the front of all puppies born at your farm. The farm prefixes are permanent, never change, and always show the birthplace of your CMDR puppies! Farm letters may also be added as a suffix, to the names of registered dogs purchased from other farms, and brought to your farm. Suffixes may be changed when dog ownership changes.
CMDR Litter Registration: Litter registration places general litter information into a litter database, making all CMDs from registered litters eligible for future registrations. Basic litter registration is mandatory for all CMDR litters, but doesn’t place individual dogs into the main database. This fee is waived if breeders opt to register the whole litter of puppies individually.
Dog Registration, Transfer, or Edit: All CMDR dogs have individual registration numbers beginning with farm letter prefixes. Additionally, Transfers may be made for new owners, and edits may be made to correct mistakes, or add farm letter suffixes or change names (as long as the dog has not been bred).
